Not OGC TMS, works well for raster layers. Dan to review code to include new layer type

3. Geodesic scale fix (if it's not in svn already)(Brent)

4. Export to shape file (Mark)
Mark to put instructions into Wiki

5. Sketch tools improvement (Len)
Len to push changes to trunk

6. Tilecache layer support (Dan)
Done, Len needs to post instructions to documents for 2.4 release

7. OpenLayers? Vector support (Len)
Discussed the need for adding vector layer type or should be part of sketch/highlight layer. Len to write RFC. Also look at creating class for GM layer types for easy extension

8. WFS Layer support (Len)

9. Modifications to measure tools (Len)
Fix in trunk for error when measuring polygon

10. Mouse wheel zoom support (Len)
Len send code to Dan for review

11. Mouse over menus (Len)
Len to put into trunk

12. Printing ESRI rest service layers (Len)
Len to put into trunk. Brent to add to Wiki instructions for printing OSM layers

13. User extension hooks, alternate DIVs (Len)

B. 2.4 Release - what should be included? Target Date - End of October
Dan to update to OL 2.10
Look through trac and identify bug fixes (and fix if possible), move other items to future releases
Add items from above
2.4 will not address compatibility with newer versions of MapServer? (MS4W) which would require fair amount of patching to current PHP services. Instead, looking to 2.6? to re-write server services in Python and depreciate PHP services at some point

C. GeoMOOSE Administration
1. Post security document developed for Polk County
Brian to post to wiki

2. Tickets
Len to make first pass as to what are bugs, future releases and who might be able to work on them

3. How to Document for Tile cache layer support
Brian to post to wiki

4. How to document for new selection/result manager service
Len to put in wiki as it comes together

5. Expand how to document on User extensions
Anyone who has user extensions, please post to wiki

6. Setup wiki so others can post to it. Expand it to include how to contribute code, RFC process and user code contributions. Also more examples of user extensions.
