Problem: You can not enter multiple accounts and search for them easily in the query because an "in" option does not exist. In addition, you can not make a simple call to this search service and pass it multiple accounts.

2. Auto Dialer

What we do now: Currently we use a desktop ArcGIS application to make a selection set of a point feature class called buildings. This includes an attribute of the phone number of the buildings. From ArcGIS we export out a txt file that is a list of phone numbers associated with the selected buildings. This text file is manually uploaded to a third party auto dialer that sends out the emergency message to these phone numbers. We then return to the web site (auto dialer management console) to manually download a report of what numbers were contacted. This is a text file that has a field for the phone number and a field for the contact code (person picked up, voice mail, or not reached). Then we join this text file to the buildings layer and display in ArcGIS.
What we would like to do: In GM we will export out a text file that consists of phone numbers from the buildings layer (in PostGIS database). The functionality already exists for this. We will manually load the text file to the auto dialer in the same way and then download the text file report in the same way. What I need is a script to be written that will upload this text file from a local machine to a PostGIS database sitting on the server. It then needs to be joined to the building spatial table. Then it needs to be added to the GeoMoose map with the correct cartography. It would be nice if there would be a button in the GM interface that fires off this series of events.
Discussion Needed: How do you delete files that are made. Needs to be either a scheduled task or a specific user action.

3. Search Error (from Phase1)

Problem: When search taxlots I notice that if you do a Search using the Situs or Mailing address Begins With, it pulls up all the address that contain, instead of begins with a number.

4. Print Sketch Label Problem (from Phase1)

Problem: Labeled sketch features (font size, color, font changed) appear unchanged with appear as if default settings were used when printing. This problem occurs in all print formats and also happens when the "only label" button is turned on.

5. CSV Export Problem(from Phase1)

Problem: This problem occurs when exporting to a CSV with a field that has "," in the value. The "," is interpreted as a field deliminiter that causes the portion of the field after the "," to moved to the next field. This occurs even when single quotes are used in the settings.ini file (ie: csv_record='"%MAP_TAXLOT%","%OWNER%","%M_ADDRESS%","%M_CITY%","%M_STATE%","%ZIP%"') For example, when account# 185967 is selected and saved to CSV that has a owner "ROSBORO, LLC", the ROSBORO is saved to the OWNER column and the "LLC" is shift to the M_ADDRESS column.

6. WMS Shifted At Printing Problem(from Phase1)

System/Module: Bug fix to print service
Problem: When the Oregon WMS Photo is printed, the photo does not print to scale. This can be fixed by setting the preserve scale off in the mapbook.xml print service. Unfortunately, when preserve scale is not on the sketch features and selected highlited features do not print to scale.

7. Measure Length Bearing Display
Who: Polk Co.
System/Module: Enhancement to Measure Tool
Problem: When moving the mouse in GeoMoose you can not see the bearing which makes it hard to see use the tool to run legals. Problem Type: Enhancement
Proposed Solution: Add another box so that when you are measuring lines and you move the mouse it calculates the true bearing. I have the code for this from a Map Objects application in VB and can share that with you. It is pretty basic.
