Work around for fading all layers in same group

By default, all layers within the same mapfile that are in the same group of layers in the catalog will fade together. To make the fade action specific to the particular layer in the group, specify the layers with different map sources in the configuration section of the mapbook. Note: These map sources can point at the same map file.
