Where can I get support for GeoMoose?

Yes! GeoMoose has a wonderful online community that regularly answers emails on 
our :ref:`mailing lists <mailing_lists>`, as well as on our Matrix/IRC 
Channel.

Matrix
******

Choose from one of the many available `Matrix clients <https://matrix.org/ecosystem/clients/>`__. 
Then connect to the *matrix.osgeo.org* homeserver (see `steps <https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Matrix#Connecting_to_the_OSGeo_Matrix_Homeserver>`__).

If you prefer to connect through your browser, you can at https://fluffychat.im/web/.

IRC

You can connect directly through your browser at https://web.libera.chat/#geomoose
(just enter a nickname).

I have found a bug. How does it get fixed?
------------------------------------------

First, try sending a message to the mailing list above. This will let the developers know you've found a bug and will help them determine appropriate follow up actions.
